Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we realize that in some instances, you may need to return or cancel the order.

Vu Promo takes specific care in choosing which promotional items and promotional products are on our site. However, due to the fact that most of our items are personalized or imprinted, Vu Promo can’t accept any products once they’ve been branded with your logo or artwork. Our customer service team will ease any concerns over placing an order and make sure you have the chance to see the final product through a finalize art proof with the quotation before proceeding with the imprint.

If you have requested an art design to us and wanted to cancel the product, we will charge you for the Set Up Fee. Order/s cancelled during production will be charged for the work completed at the time of cancellation.

 

Returns for blank/not customize products.

If you placed an order for blank products on our website, you can return your products for a 15% restocking fee. Blank products are those without the addition of your logo, artwork, or custom design.

 

Returns for Defective Product

In case of manufacturing defects, we are unable to accept returns on personalized or imprinted promotional items. On rush promotional items, a paper proof is typically waived in order to speed production and errors in printing provided in the original artwork are not returnable.

Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are absolutely no returns after 15 days from receipt of order unless manufacturer warranty extends beyond that time.

In the event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise (defects unrelated to imprint), please contact us at orders@vupromo.com or at 1-800-230-1094 and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected or the order cancelled successful, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned/cancelled order.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will issue a refund in the amount of the price you paid for the returned item, including taxes, minus (if applicable) initial shipping charges, to your credit card or other payment method you used to place your order for that item, usually within 3-5 business days.
